The St. Cloud State 2018 Huskies Challenge will offer Junior Olympic volleyball teams an opportunity to play in single-day tournaments on five dates coming up in February and March 2018.  The tournament dates will all be played in St. Cloud State's Halenbeck Hall Fieldhouse.  See the chart below for tournament dates and available age divisions.

Pool play will begin at 8 a.m. each day and all teams participating will go to the playoffs that day.  Teams are responsible for all officating duties and the team entry fee is $125.  For more information on how to register for the tournaments, please call Malama Taumalolo at 320-308-2051 or e-mail her at mataumalolo@stcloudstate.edu

** Please note that all age levels are welcome.   11s and 12s will play in 12s division; 13s and 14s will play in 14s division; 15s and 16s will play in 16s division and 17s and 18s will play in 18s division.

YOUTH CLINICS OFFERED ON TOURNAMENT DATES:

In conjunction with the SCSU 2018 Huskies Challenge tournaments, St. Cloud State Volleyball will also offer Youth Volleyball Clinics on each of the tournament dates from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Halenbeck Hall Fieldhouse.

Each date will feature the following options: Attacking Clinic, Setting Clinic, Defensive/Passing Clinic. You can choose one clinic per day.  Coaches will split players up in age appropriate groups and work on their specific skill for approximately 75 minutes before combining for some games.

The clinic sessions will be offered on Feb. 25 (FILLED), March 10, March 11, March 24 and March 25.

The cost is $15 per session and it is open to all youth in grades 5-12.
