This 1971 Porsche 914 was reportedly refurbished in 2019 and is powered by a 1.7-liter flat-four paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. It is finished in red over tan upholstery, and features include a removable roof panel, 15″ wheels, and a Blaupunkt CD stereo. Recent work is said to have included fluid changes and replacing the tires, brake hoses, engine mounts, spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, and pushrod tubes. This 914 is now offered by the selling dealer with transferable New York registration.

The 2019 refurbishment is said to have include repairing the driver-side fender and quarter panel as well as repainting the body in Ferrari Rosso Corsa. Photos of the car taken before the previous damage was repaired can be viewed in the gallery. Exterior features include pop-up headlamps, a driver-side mirror, and a removable roof panel that has been refinished in gloss black.

Black-finished 15″ wheels feature machined accents and wear Goodyear Eagle Sport tires that were recently installed according to the selling dealer. Additional recent work is said to have included a brake fluid flush and replacing the brake hoses. Braking is provided by discs all around.

The cabin features seats upholstered in replacement Saddle Montana leatherette along with matching door panels and black carpets. Equipment includes a Blaupunkt CD stereo, an aftermarket center console with integrated cup holders, three-point seatbelts, and a floor-mounted shifter.

The four-spoke steering wheel frames a central tachometer, a 120-mph speedometer, and a fuel-level gauge. The five-digit odometer shows 27k miles, and true mileage is unknown.

The 1.7-liter flat-four produced 79 horsepower and 100 lb-ft of torque when new. Recent work is said to have included an oil change and replacing the engine mounts, spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, and pushrod tubes.
