This 2009 Jaguar XJ Super V8 Portfolio is one of 140 examples produced for the US market, and it is powered by a supercharged 4.2-liter V8 paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. Finished in black over navy blue leather upholstery, it is equipped with 20″ wheels, milled-aluminum exterior trim, a sunroof, heated and cooled front seats, a power-adjustable and heated rear bench seat, quad-zone automatic climate control, navigation, a rear entertainment system, and an Alpine CD stereo. The car was sold new at Jaguar North Scottsdale of Arizona, and it has remained registered in the state through the seller’s acquisition in March 2022. This Super V8 has 94k miles and is now offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, a window sticker, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Celestial Black (PEJ) with milled-aluminum fender vents, mesh grilles, window trim, trunk garnish, and door handles. Additional features include chrome mirror caps, a power-operated sunroof, fog lights, power-folding side mirrors with integrated turn signals, rain-sensing wipers, parking sensors, dual exhaust outlets, and tinted windows. The seller notes scratches in the paint.
Silver-finish 20″ wheels are wrapped in 255/35 Bridgestone tires. The suspension is said to have been fitted with Arnott air struts under prior ownership, and the brake pads and rotors were reportedly replaced in October 2020.
The seats are upholstered in navy leather with ivory piping (JMN) and are complemented by rich oak veneer on the matching dashboard, center console, and door panels. Equipment includes heated, cooled, and power-adjustable front seats, a heated and power-adjustable rear bench seat, quad-zone automatic climate control, navigation, a Champagne Alston headliner, metal door sill plates, fold-down rear tray tables, front-headrest-mounted entertainment screens for the rear passengers, and an Alpine CD stereo.
The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames a 170-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 94k miles, approximately 100 of which were added by the seller.
The supercharged 4.2-liter V8 was factory rated at 400 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque when new. The seller states that engine hoses were replaced in July 2019 and the oil was changed in June 2021.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission. Additional underside photos are available in the gallery.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to Jaguar North Scottsdale and lists factory colors, options, and a total suggested retail price of $105,000.
Manufacturer’s literature is included in the sale along with service records and two remote keys.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Arizona.
