Hi i_rina,

Good day to you and all supporting team. Thanks for your kind reply, but actually; I try the all 4 options you suggested, with the same results!! Not fixed.. still that purple tint existed 😩.

I think it is hardware problem 🤔.. what do you think 💭.

looking to your kind reply.

Have a good time 😊

Hi Hummer4ever,

Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities. I understand the front camera on your iPhone 11 is taking photos with a purple tint. Is this happening consistently? If you haven't already I would suggest trying the following troubleshooting:

  1. Quit the Camera app and try again.
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. Verify the software is up to date. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
  4. Reset settings by tapping Settings>General>Reset All Settings. Always make sure you have a current backup of your device prior to resetting the settings. Back up iPhone

I hope you find this helpful.

Cheers!

Hello Hummer4ever,

Thanks for your prompt reply! It is possible that it's a hardware issue but before we can determine that let's try a little more software troubleshooting.

The next step would be to restore the iPhone to factory settings and test it again. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings. Definitely make sure you have a backup of your data prior to this step. Once you've restored the phone be sure to set it up as new in order for the testing to be accurate. If you test the camera and the issue persists then I would suggest you Contact Apple Support for further diagnostics.

Have a great day!
