Astrantia Abbey Road care
Planted in a sunny location with moist, well drained soil the Astrantia Abbey Road will thrive, producing its best foliage colour. Being generally disease and pest free the Astrantia is a popular choice with the keen gardener. If you deadhead, cut back flower stems when they turn brown a second flush of flowers often will appear.
To divide we recommend lifting the plant in spring time, new planted roots dislike being moved so may take a while to establish again.
