Anonymous User on 8/7/2015, said: I received my nylon brush in the mail within a reasonable time, but when I got it, there was a screw missing. When I checked the box, it was in there, but some of the plastic from the screw hole was now wrapped around that screw. It won't go back on, because the piece holding it on is what was wrapped around the screw. I called the evaccumstore and spoke with a rep. I explained that because this was still usuable, I needed to use it while waiting on a new one. He said he would order another for me and when the new one comes in, I can send the old one back in for a credit. I truly hope this exchange goes as smoothly as it sounds.
