Mission Trails Regional Park, San Diego, Engagement Photography
Shooting with dogs are so fun for me! One, I’m obsessed with them… and two, how could you not with this golden! We went over to Mission Trails in San Diego to do some holiday photos for Michelle and Justin, and I’m so thrilled with how they came out!
If your ever thinking about taking photos with you dog, here are a few tips to make sure it goes smoothly!
Bring treats! Nothing makes dogs behave more than treats!
When you arrive at the location, let your dog get acclimated to the surrounding so that they’re not distracted. Maybe even arrive a little early to do this so it doesn’t take up time during your shoot.
Bring a long leash that you can tie to something. Dogs are great, but your going to want some photos without your dog as well. So bring something you can tie them up with, or its always nice if a friend or family member can take them while were doing other photos.
Mission Trails is always a great place to do photos with dogs because there is a ton of room to roam around, plus so many epic places for photos!
