This is simply the best choice for replacement toner for your Samsung laser printer. Our starter toner had finally run out so I checked out Samsung for supplies. They wanted close to $350 to replace all four toner cartridges in our laser printer. That's almost double what I paid for the printer itself. These came quickly and installed fine. I had an issue with the magenta cartridge streaking and another one was questionable. I contacted Cool Toner support and they got back to me quickly. I told them the troubleshooting steps I took and it was determined that I unfortunately received a dud. It could have possibly been due to the Alaskan winter cold and the fact it had to travel air mail to reach us. Either way, Cool Toner dispatched two replacement cartridges to us via UPS 2-Day Air. These cartridges installed fine and performed well. I understand sometimes things get damaged in shipping or you just receive a dud, it happens. What I was really impressed at was the speed and effortless way that Cool Toner took care of us and made sure we were up and running. The Cool Toner support rep even followed up with us afterward to ensure the replacements worked okay.
At the time I'm writing this review, the replacements have been operating flawlessly for about 5 months. They will definitely be my first choice when it comes time to replace our cartridges again.
