This is the amusing moment a sleeping toddler woke up to the sound of music and immediately started dancing.

The adorable youngster was filmed snoozing in his car seat while sitting in the back of a vehicle.

He appeared to be very peaceful and in the middle of a deep sleep when one of his parents decided to turn on the radio.

In the video, the Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars track Uptown Funk is heard and the youngster, who stirs slightly, moves his left arm along to the beat.

Suddenly he springs into life and begins dancing in his seat - swinging both of his arms around in the air.

Humorously, the tired youngster appears to be compelled to react in this way and, even more comically, doesn't seem to know why.

Waking up slightly, the youngster gets into his groove and stares at the camera while dancing some more. He then settles back down into his seat.

The video concludes with his parents laughing and asking him whether he is awake before he shuts his eyes once again.
