This is the first Past Patterns I've received that is the size of a small modern pattern. Haven't seen construction yet, but I'd guess it's more draping than pattern cutting knowing this historic era. Looks like there are tissue paper pattern pieces too; unlike PP's usual heavy white paper stock. Will be building this for HA educational fashion show programs as I extend into the '20's. I love Past Patterns and have many of theirs for good instructions and good sizing (except the really early ones have very few instructions and printed on the paper not separate like modern patterns and apparently this one). Arrived in reasonable time very well packaged.
