I came to get my car's maintenance done and they were helpful. Anthony met with me, explained what they would be doing then showed me the break room. He said it would be about an 1 1/2 hours. They had free snacks and water or coffee. I grabbed a snack and read a book. Within the time slot the car was ready. A very pleasant time with courteous people. My car was washed and ready to go.
