Caption: VIRGINIA II (U.S. Purse Seiner, 1937) A builder's photo submitted to the Navy on 14 August 1940. She was chartered by the Navy for offshore patrol and put in service on 23 February 1942 as USS YP-314. She was returned to her owner via the war shipping administration on 9 August 1943 and stricken on 19 August 1943. She was of the Western Chief type.
