Symposium Registration Fees Includes:
Participation to all scientific sessions,
Printed materials (Bag, name badge, plastic badge, lanyard, mini program),
Certificate of attendance,
Open buffet lunch and beverage on symposium days,
Morning and afternoon coffee breaks with cookies on symposium days.
Confirmation, Cancellations and Refunds:
Payments can be conducted either by bank transfer or credit card.
If received by February 06, 2024 the payment will be refunded in full.
If received between February 07, 2024 and March 03, 2024, 50% of the fee will be
refunded.
If received later than March 03, 2024, there will be no refund.
As a matter of fact, while there would be full refund, there are often handling fees charged for processing the refund.
Handling Fee: 50 € for per person (VAT is included) for each cancellation.
All rates are subject to amendments without prior notice.
Name change will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the Meeting.
All refunds, if any, will be processed after the Meeting.

In ultra-all-inclusive system in Susesi Hotel, open buffet breakfast, late breakfast and dinner, snack service, night

(*) The given prices include 3 night’s (April 04, 05, 06, 2024) and 4 nights’ (April

The room rates are in Euro (€), ultra-all-inclusive accommodation basis.
Service charge and 10% VAT, 2% accommodation tax are included to the accommodation fees.
No refunds will be made for no-shows.
Additional nights will be priced by daily rates.
Those who are not staying at the official hotels must pay 75 euros per day.

AIRPORT TRANSFER
The two-way transfer (Antalya International Airport - Susesi Hotel - Antalya International Airport) of the
participants who informed Serenas Tourism about the details of their roundtrip transfers shall be made at a cost of 92 EUR between the dates of April 03 – 07, 2024.
For private transfers please contact Serenas Tourism.
Flight changes for transfer requests will be taken into consideration if 48 hours prior
notice of the transfer date and time is given.
The 20% VAT is included to the transfer fee.

Method of Payment for Registration, Accommodation and Transfer:
Payments can be made with credit cards (master card or visa) or through bank transfer.
Payments shall be made in Euro (€). No other currencies shall be accepted.
Credit Card: AMEX and Diners credit cards are not accepted for on line and on-site registration.
Bank Transfer: Participants who pay their balance with a bank transfer are required to send the bank
receipt copies to SERENAS Tourism via e-mail:
