"Expensive to run" by arthur C. -
Better to buy the hp Deskjet 4615 or Deskjet 4625 (loot will also be able to sell you these models)...............they cost a bit more to buy than this model, but they are much cheaper to run on ink..............that applies whether you use original cartridges, generics or refilled cartridges............................these 2 models use 4 separate cartridges which are only ink tanks (they don't have printheads on them - unlike this 2645 which uses just 2 cartridges (one black and one tri-colour) which are much trickier to refill successfully............................I refill ink cartridges for a living and the general rule is don't buy a cheap hp printer unless you are keen to pay a fortune for ink........................if you are dead set on buying cheap and nasty junk, you would be better off buying a cheap canon....................................they refill better than cheap hp printer.............................. arthur cloete fish hoek
