The 3.0 litre V6 engine has proved incredible reliable and is very smooth. This particular example is one of the best I have driven with eager response and still feels tight in all inputs. The gearbox is seamless as you would expect at the mileage. Premium Pirelli tyres fitted all round with 7mm tread, another sign of how well this car has been maintained. There are no warning lights on the dashboard after extended test drive. There is no vibration or pulling from the steering wheel. The underside and suspension are all in good order as noted by Jaguar on their visual health check. There are no leaks from the engine or gearbox. Any professional inspection welcome. Exterior Condition:
Presented in rare and desirable Ultraviolet Metallic Paintwork this is a gorgeous example. Exceptional condition and a credit to the gentleman owner. There are no large or excess stone chips to the front end. There are no scuffs to bumpers or damage to chrome work. There are no car park dents or other significant damage. All the door shuts etc are very clean. The wheels are very clean with no ingrained dirt, corrosion or curbing damage to the edges. The twin exhaust pipes are very clean with no ingrained dirt. Interior Condition:
Beautiful Sand Leather with Burr Walnut Veneer. This XJ has never been smoked in or used to carry pets and there are certainly no lingering smells. The interior is exceptional and also reflects genuine, low mileage condition. There is no wear to bolsters,
dis-coloration or scuffing. There is no wear to steering wheel or any of buttons, all in working order. The large boot area is clean with no stains or smells and benefits from full sized spare wheel (never used). The rear seats look to have hardly, if ever have been used.
