Minimalistic Conservation of Motion

This Newton's Cradle features a minimalistic but refined wooden base with metal supports that is perfect for any desk or bookshelf. Newton's Cradle demonstrates the conservation of momentum and energy as you pull back 1 or more of the 22mm balls and let them naturally drop. The same number of balls that you have dropped will swing on the opposite side and will continue to click back and forth until it stops on its own. For ages 8+. 

The cradle's base is a 5.5" square, with the entire construction measuring 5.5" tall. Basic assembly is required with a Phillips head screwdriver. 

Interesting Fact:

Because it uses Newton’s Laws, it was named after Sir Isaac Newton, English physicist, mathematician and astronomer, but was actually "invented" (brought into commercial application) in 1967 by English actor Simon Prebble.
