Procedure for installing VG vinyl roof sheet, model Snow Roof Pro

Installation of vinyl roof sheets, snowroof pro, white, purlin spacing of not more than 60 cm. and brown and gray, purlin spacing of not more than 40 cm. can be installed with all types of purlins.

1. Place your body close to the steel edge. Use a power screwdriver to screw the starter to the rafters. Shoot screws at every distance of the purlins along the specified line only. (Absolutely do not fix the screws on the corrugation of the roof sheet. because it will cause water to leak)
2. Insert the roof sheet close to the starter and put the cover to lock the roof sheet completely. Notice under the roof that it is completely close without a groove.
3. Hold the seam firmly before screwing in. Shoot screws at every distance Do the same until the last roofing sheet (do not fix the screws on the corrugation of the roofing sheet is strictly prohibited. because it will cause water to leak)
4. Put the cover to lock the roof sheet at every joint and press it completely. (joint between sheets starter joint and the seam ends)
5. Insert the end close to the last roof sheet and put the cover to lock the roof sheet on the seam. ready to press tightly Notice under the roof that it is completely close without a groove.
6. Cover the end of the roof joint with roof end caps. (joint between sheets starter joint and the seam ends)
   
   • Try to assemble before taking on the real thing. (Notice the size of the lock is the same. assembling the inserted side can close the hole completely)
   • Use pressure glue to hold the interior and apply hot glue while waiting for the pressure glue to dry.
