Publisher Intelligence Analyst

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
  • 3 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g. Python, R, Java, C++).
  • Experience with dashboard design tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience programming in Python and SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or quantitative analysis related fields.
  • Experience in Marketing Analytics.
  • Experience in Machine Learning.
  • Experience in Publisher Ads business generation industry.

Our group partners with leading web publishers, app developers and channel partners to grow their businesses using Google’s portfolio of products, including AdSense, AdMob, and Google Ad Manager. EMEA Publisher Intelligence team aims to minimize business leadership efforts to see what matters, identify the course of action, and execute. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting systems, which generate, aggregate, and derive data that serves as a foundation for decision support.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Partner for effective decision making, providing actionable insights and analysis to business leadership.
  • Be strategic with capacity and prioritize the impact work on strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Organize data by building accurate, durable and scalable reporting tools, infrastructure, and processes.
  • Build data tools to empower Sellside stakeholders to self-serve answers to the questions they have.
  • Foster the development of an influential and curious analyst community within EMEA Sellside.
