Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 7 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Responsibilities
- Drive Artificial Intelligence (AI) product innovation, with a focus on prototyping and delivering groundbreaking solutions to market.
- Advocate for Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption across the organization by fostering enthusiasm, developing expertise, and leading/contributing to AI initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive innovation, and provide expert guidance on leveraging Google's AI models and APIs for optimal solutions.
- Establish Artificial Intelligence (AI) best practices, conduct design reviews, and build scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Mentor a team of engineers, shape product strategy with product managers, and ensure effective user experiences.
- Provide technical expertise for critical issues and partner with stakeholders for seamless customer experiences. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively integrating them into our product offerings and processes.
