Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in the performance ecosystem, with focus on accelerating customer success, business growth, and driving product adoption.
  • Experience with the technical aspects of search and shopping advertising, and working with product teams on scalable business solutions.
  • Experience as a specialist with in-depth expertise across Google Ads (e.g., Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and App Campaigns).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business, working across the entire business cycle -- plan, pitch (together with in-country teams), and implement.
  • Understand the client’s business goals thoroughly, and lead a holistic Search and Commerce strategy. 
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short- and long-term account growth.
  • Deliver outcomes and track product adoption for multiple customers by leading portions of projects that are integrated into overarching efforts, including campaign strategy development and monitoring/optimizing for spend and performance to meet and exceed customer business goals.
  • Identify key stakeholders to build a network and contribute to cross-team collaborations.
