- Experience working in partner development/management, identifying partners, analyzing, and structuring agreements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences businesses.
- Knowledge of Health AI.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment that Health organizations operate in.
- Ability to articulate AI technology’s application to Health.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
In this role, you will operate horizontally across all EMEA Partnerships Solutions (EPS) industry sectors to build partner awareness, alignment, and advocacy on key regulatory topics. You will support EMEA velocity goals in ensuring Google's license to operate and grow in the EMEA region and support priority partners in navigating changes to Google products as a result of decisions relating to regulation or reputation.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Identify and apply deep insights across partners, Google’s services, the Health industry, and emerging AI technology to strategically identify areas of mutual value for Google teams and for partners.
- Build partner relationships and drive cross-Google alignment by executing cross-Google Joint Business Plans (JBP), executive engagement coordination and briefings, and AI-focused summits.
- Inform Health industry narratives, aggregating and delivering partner insight and feedback to regional and global industry teams that strengthens Google’s trust and reputation in the market.
