  • Experience working with product management and engineers to drive progress on key programs.
  • Knowledge of history, local politics, media landscape, culture, and context of Central Eastern Europe.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
  • Excellent organizational, people, and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor intel sources to identify market trends and operating patterns that could pose a threat.
  • Triage risks/threats, prepare risk assessments of threats and action plans based on gathered market knowledge. Cover regional events and escalations like elections, natural disasters, or violent attacks.
  • Drive and support the launch of news related product features, as well as responsibility projects in the region.
  • Partner with our enforcement teams to improve the quality of the regional language workflows, developing training materials, and running regular calibration sessions.
  • Act as the main point of contact to ensure that they are triaged, tracked, investigated, resolved, and communicated accurately.
