Federal System Integrator Partner Manager, Google Public Sector

This position requires that the candidate selected be eligible to obtain, and/or currently possess and maintain an active Secret Security Clearance with the ability & willingness to upgrade to Top Secret Security Clearance. The position further requires the candidate will obtain a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform GPS work. Failure to maintain (or obtain, if applicable) the appropriate U.S. Government clearance and/or customer screening requirements that results in the employee unable to perform the requirements of the role, may result in employment action up to and including termination.

Additionally, you must be a US Citizen to meet customer and compliance requirements, including potential access to classified information.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a Sales or Channel role working with Department of Defense.
  • Experience working with foundational cloud technologies, service provider ecosystems, and business models.
  • Current, active Secret Security Clearance required; active or the willingness to upgrade to Top Secret Security Clearance in the first 3 months

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience delivering Go-To-Market strategies and results.
  • Knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Understanding of enterprise software and infrastructure marketplace and key players, as well as technical factors driving the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to build continuous relationships, promoting to C-level executives, and ensure customer success and adoption, leading to customer expansion.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage partner business performance and map partner priorities with Google's goals and strategies to meet quarterly business goals. Drive quarterly business reviews with service partners and Google leadership.
  • Drive executive connections with sales leadership and partner leadership, including partner value propositions.
  • Help partners grow their Google practice and product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services. Develop presentations on Google’s Cloud Platform to partners to help them scale our joint business.
  • Drive partners to build a sourced pipeline, nominate partners to receive inbound/outbound leads, and ensure overall pipeline tracking accuracy and health. Drive and support regional demand generation events with partners and support engagement with strategic partners.
  • Promote Google’s strategy at industry events and shape industry agenda and standards. Shape Google’s approach to partnership strategy with stakeholders.
