Product Manager, Member Retention and Experience

  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience managing technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience as a product manager building critical products at scale.
  • Experience with subscriber/user retention and growth facing changes.
  • Experience with launching and owning core app metrics and experiences on the App store and Play store.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to develop and build support for ideas.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Product Manager, you will work to increase the effectiveness of funnel resulting in more subscribers and building out core capabilities to support premium feature business generation. In this role, you will drive significant improvements in subscriber retention, reduce churn, increase member lifetime value, and support a thriving member community. You will leverage knowledge in product management, data analysis, and user research to identify opportunities for growth, implement innovative solutions, and measure the impact of efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the strategic idea and roadmap for subscriber retention, incorporating data-driven insights, user research, and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to attract new members, and support engagement with existing members.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to understand subscriber behavior, identify churn drivers, uncover growth opportunities, and measure the success of retention and growth initiatives.
  • Design and conduct user research studies, A/B tests, and other experiments to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and inform subscription retention strategies.
  • Partner with multiple squads, product areas, functions and other teams to align retention, membership experience, and growth efforts with broader business goals, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach.
