Finance Analyst

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing with data, including spreadsheet modeling, financial and decision analysis, working with large datasets.
  • Experience creating and completing complex projects in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and often ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders and build relationships across business and technical functions.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a data-driven problem-solving approach towards solving complex issues.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to execute monthly financial processes and contribute to the annual planning cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze financial data and develop models to evaluate Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) initiatives and support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop working relationships within xWS, corporate finance, and cross-functional teams. Foster communication to align on financial objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reporting. Create tools and dashboards to improve financial visibility and drive efficiency gains.
  • Develop creative solutions and set clear precedents for complex, fast-paced financial situations.
