Enterprise Field Sales Representative, Financial Services, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in software sales and account management at an enterprise business-to-business (B2B) software company selling to global accounts.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in selling infrastructure software, databases, investigative tools, or applications software and exceeding goals.
  • 6 years of experience in technology-related sales, product management, product marketing, or consulting with a focus on the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) industry.
  • Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estates, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
  • Ability to leverage C-level relationships to promote software.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop executive relationships with enterprise financial services customers, and help Google grow into organizations. Influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.
  • Facilitate and manage the business cycle, and present to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google partners to maximize business results in territory and discover opportunities with enterprise customers.
  • Understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, business drivers, and technology strategy.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
