Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of Supply Chain experience in planning, manufacturing, and logistics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 5 years of experience in a business analysis, business process architecture, or solutions architecture role in supply chain, or logistics system areas.
  • Experience with global customer engagement and stakeholder management.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The customer engagement team manages the cross-functional relationships within the supply chain organization. The team is responsible for stakeholder relationship management, tactical escalations, and lead customer representation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder management, acting as the liaison of business requirements to the logistics team, and support operational metrics and KPI performance.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to ensure accountability and traceability of customer’s orders throughout each supply chain node.
  • Develop and implement processes that scale to support the volume, growth, and new technologies/components with the different commodities suppliers.
