Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in design for manufacturability and serviceability.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in setting up manufacturing assembly processes, driving new product launches and assembly process optimization within manufacturing operation.
- Excellent sense of ownership with the ability to be detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and implementation of service processes, tools, fixtures, and manuals related to NPI product development of Consumer Hardware Service Operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead technical issue investigation and resolutions during the product development cycle.
- Lead the qualification of new product service capabilities at authorized service provider sites.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand product service requirements and drive continuous optimization in products design for repairability and serviceability.
- Track and report on NPI service metrics such as design for service score, repair yield, and touch time.
