As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The Engineering Compliance team assesses and manages security and privacy compliance risk as well as a broad set of compliance services for Alphabet companies. In this role, you will be working with a wide variety of product verticals, infrastructures, software designs, and technology stacks for Google Cloud, and also support other Alphabet companies and acquisitions. You will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will work across many disciplines from Engineering, Legal, Product, HR, Marketing, and many more to drive change and achieve common goals. You will lead, manage, and facilitate compliance processes including audits with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely deliverables and rapid remediation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive program management in partnership with cross-functional teams including internal, business partners, and engineering, to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Develop strategy of coherence across solutions with group leads and manage the timeline/process while developing for scope, goal, value, and team support. Define, assemble, and align solution team structure with leads.
  • Partner with Solutions Enablement Analysts and Product teams to identify priorities within each solution space and the needed support across areas and functions. Identify and analyze risks that could impact solutions and goals. Work with area leads for risk mitigation plans.
  • Establish operational excellence through mechanisms and processes that work across the entire Server Platform Organization. Think both strategically and tactically about initiatives, guiding a variety of moving pieces towards execution.
