Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience with paid search, digital media, or other online advertising channels
  • 2 years of experience in program management, go-to-market strategy, or product strategy
  • Experience in travel or retail

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing counterparts across different areas of an organization (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, PM)
  • Strong project management skills, and experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions, across regions
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and develop collateral (decks/docs) to support market insights or articulate a strategy
  • Strong communication and people skills with the ability to be personable yet persistent
  • Independent with high attention to detail

As part of the Global Performance Solutions organization, you will sit at the intersection of sales and product, acting as the single voice to help shape product direction, maximize return from existing products, launch new products, and provide customer feedback. More over, you work closely with regional Go-To-Market leads to drive partner engagement and activation among our Sales teams.

As a Global Product Solutions Senior Associate, you will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional partners globally to contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the travel vertical. The GPS Travel team works together to deliver sustainable growth and value for travel partners through innovative products, vertical expertise, and targeted marketing solutions. More specifically, this role will be focused on supporting travel ads formats and reporting.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define overall go-to-market strategies for travel ads formats, including travel promotion ads and travel feeds in search ads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of reporting needs for travel ads to inform future product roadmaps and drive in market adoption.
  • Enable scaled adoption for new products and features across all relevant markets via communication guidelines, sales/activation collaterals, and more.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with on-going business initiatives, utilizing a deep understanding of the current travel partner ecosystem.
  • Plan and execute launch operations including managing communications reviews with all levels of sales, train teams, develop internal collateral, and prioritizing on-going technical requirements for the product.
