Consolidation Analyst, Devices and Services

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 months of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, operational finance, or a similar role.
  • Experience with SQL or coding.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Telecommunications, or Consumer Electronics.
  • Experience in analytical, FP&A or project management with demonstrated process improvement.
  • Experience working with AI/ML models and ability to incorporate AI/ML to automate and streamline work.
  • Understanding of accounting and finance operations.
  • Ability to start and direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
  • Distinctive problem-solving skills, including demonstrated ability to multi-task and apply initiatives and creativity on challenging projects.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all central reporting functions for APAC devices and services team including Profit and Loss (P&L) accuracy, sales Operating expenses (OpEx) management, and financial performance reporting to senior stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Create, standardize, and automate various materials like slides, sheets and docs for financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, and present to various executive stakeholders leveraging existing infrastructure where possible.
  • Maintain tools like existing P&L dashboards for the business and continue to automate various workstreams within the central finance function, partnering with the Global and regional finance teams.
  • Lead the annual planning of APAC P&L for devices and services.
  • Own central projects like ROCA, AI workstreams, SIP reporting, and others.
