Performance Marketing Manager, Android

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in digital performance or growth marketing, with analytical experience.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience working with SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, or other programmatic networks.
  • Experience with app-based or CRM-based campaigns, such as emails, notifications, in-app placements, or App store campaigns.
  • Experience with controlled experimentation, causal inference, statistical data analysis.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization, etc.
  • Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Experience managing complex initiatives with tight timelines, with excellent project management skills.

About the job

As a Performance Marketing Manager focused on Android retention, you will be instrumental in shaping global strategies and activations to enhance user engagement. You will develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase awareness and utilization of Android and Google features, leveraging a product suite and an exciting AI roadmap to drive a premium mobile experience.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product Marketing, Growth, Strategy, and Analytics, you will gain customer insights to craft data-driven retention campaigns that align with evolving business needs. You will have an opportunity to impact Android's growth by empowering users to maximize the value of their devices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,000-$134,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs for customer retention and engagement, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify customer journey touchpoints, analyze user journeys and data, and propose activation ideas to enhance retention.
  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and strategic direction effectively to various audiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retention initiatives and make data-driven improvement recommendations.
  • Lead and execute projects to enhance CRM capabilities.
