Trusted Partner Cloud (TPC) is a multi-year program to build local, isolated clouds operated by partner companies that will meet strict data and operational sovereignty requirements.

As the TPC Learning Designer, you will be responsible for the overall success of the TPC onboarding and training program, including designing the curriculum, managing instructional designers, and coordinating with other stakeholders. You will work closely with other Learning and Development (L&D) team members and partner teams to ensure that all identified training is transitioned to the partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a partner customer support agent training and certification curriculum.
  • Create partner-facing customer support troubleshooting guides, knowledge base materials, and courses for partner customer support agents.
  • Manage content curation to integrate into a partner enablement portal.
  • Coordinate training activities across multiple TPC partners.
  • Support the delivery of learning programs to partners, preparing for program facilitation, and acting as an instructional resource, advocate, and partner for one or more business areas.
