Responsibilities
- Develop a partner customer support agent training and certification curriculum.
- Create partner-facing customer support troubleshooting guides, knowledge base materials, and courses for partner customer support agents.
- Manage content curation to integrate into a partner enablement portal.
- Coordinate training activities across multiple TPC partners.
- Support the delivery of learning programs to partners, preparing for program facilitation, and acting as an instructional resource, advocate, and partner for one or more business areas.
