Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building cloud platforms and distributed systems at enterprise-scale.
- Experience/Curiosity for incorporating inclusion and accessibility into product development methodologies.
- Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices.
- Understanding of end user experience with demonstrated success in inventing innovative and user-friendly products.

Responsibilities
- Understand in depth user needs for multiple user groups including Googlers, operations users, and other business users.
- Define, design, evaluate, build, launch, and land improvements. Measure their performance and iterate, and improve the user experience for Googlers or service providers for particular journeys.
- Work collaboratively in partnership with engineering, UX, operations customer teams, and other PMs.
- Reimagine the experience for Operations, Finance, and product area leads to create, manage, and measure the success of the policies that power distribution and management of personally assigned technology at Google.
- Identify tooling needs and define requirements to enable IT Operations to effectively manage enterprise software across its lifecycle, from its introduction into Google to software license management. Partner with the PM working on end-user software discovery journeys to ensure they work seamlessly to the backend tools.
