Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
- 7 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 5 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience in a risk management, compliance or finance role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a sales compliance or agreement governance role, supporting a sales or finance function.
- Experience in enterprise software or tech industry settings, including process and strategic improvements.
- Ability to manage a varied and diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
- Excellent leadership, team player, people management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Support the EMEA Cloud business as Compliance lead and local point of escalation ensuring compliance with our agreement and governance policies.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance and other teams on all large and complex agreement that require escalation to global approval forums, and query resolution related to approvals and agreement execution.
- Support the expansion of our Public Sector segment in EMEA, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and related obligations in partnership with the Global Public Sector Compliance function.
- Lead local investigations in partnership with executive management on breaches of policy and ensure appropriate remediations are put in place across direct and indirect sales channels.
