Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting warehouse or manufacturing environments, with a focus on process mapping and process improvements.
- Experience in SQL querying, data manipulation, and reporting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Spanish with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google Workspace (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Experience identifying issues in processes, creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients, working with third-party logistics partners and extended workforce providers.
- Familiarity with BlueYonder TMS.
- Ability to transition between program work and needs.
- Excellent SQL skills

The Global Logistics team’s North and South American Fulfillment network supports material movements to meet technical infrastructure demand throughout the region. The team focuses on developing and implementing short-term logistics strategies to coordinate and manage all logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
As an Operations Manager, you will work across our logistics partners, commodity management, and planning teams. You will influence various partners while supporting, co-ordinating and enabling the in-region operations and fulfillment teams.

Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to unlock process improvements and drive sustainable process adherence, to drive quality outcomes and performance against a variety of fulfillment and cost-savings Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage KPIs and utilize data to analyze business opportunities and estimate and track impact.
- Perform ongoing and ad hoc activities, including troubleshooting, configuration, carrier on-boarding, and data-driven analysis for operational efficiency.
- Work across multiple teams to align delivery dates with need by dates at origins and destinations.
