Growth Manager, App Development Hybrid Program

About the job

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Growth Manager, you will partner up with Mid-Market Sales (MMS) sellers and leadership to help web-first businesses in the MMS managed programs across Retail and Lead Gen business models in Korea to realize the full value of Web x App.

In this role, you will help educate web first clients and capture the value of app users for their business. Through close partnership with MMS, you will help MMS clients with app opportunities set up the right Web x App measurement foundation, insight driven strategy recommendations, taking ownership to strategize the app growth and providing ongoing consulting support. Solutions that you will be working with include Firebase, W2AC, App Campaigns for install, actions, value and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and ensure that clients achieve their advertising goals. Manage their business growth effectively and develop a strategy for long-­term sustained success.
  • Form cross-­functional relationships with Google Customer Solutions, Large Customer Sales, Google Play, and other stakeholders in order to reach advertiser goals.
  • Lead and manage work, and collaborate with sales representatives and Marketing teams to identify opportunities and to develop compelling client-specific strategies and recommendations that optimize market potential.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app products.
