Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience using data to generate insights and translating insights into operational actions that yield positive impact.
  • Proven track record of project management, delivering results, extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
  • Ability to be self-directed, highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency, and have active listening and critical thinking skills to enable consultative solutioning.
  • Strong data driven problem-solving skills to come up with actionable solutions.

As a part of Google Recruiting team, Talent Engagement team's mission and purpose is to know, attract and engage diverse talent to build Google. Our specialists are responsible for building a Go-to-Market Strategy for engaging and activating talent through various programs in the space of campus outreach (full time and internships), apprentices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Talent Outreach SME on the assigned demographic group, providing insights to improve outreach to and inclusion of those groups in our programs.
  • Understand competitive landscape as it relates to engagement of the assigned demographic group, and share learnings with the team.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, including ERG leaders.
  • Conduct ongoing reporting and data analysis, including but not limited to detailed tracking of event.
