Business Acquisition Manager, New Business Sales (English, Vietnamese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, media, or advertising.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve Vietnamese speaking customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic goals, and in developing associated agreements.
  • Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy in an App ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and Google digital advertising products.
  • Ability to take on challenges and develop actionable plans and recommendations.
  • Ability to operate and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Google’s New Business Sales team is a group of business professionals whose focus is on engaging and acquiring advertisers, by encouraging them to incorporate Google's range of marketing products (e.g., YouTube, Search, and the Google Display Network) into their Marketing strategies. This global, dynamic, and dedicated team is the engine behind Google’s continued growth.

As a Business Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for creating direction, driving, supporting, and coaching on the highest value business agreements and guiding and leading upper and lower funnel success.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, manage, and forecast new business pipeline and opportunities.
  • Create presentations and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop strategies which capitalize on market potential and opportunities.
  • Provide excellent client service and partnership to customers and partners.
  • Partner with Google’s client on-boarding team to service clients.
