Program Manager, Google Public Sector

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations/Management or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience working in the US Military or Intelligence Community
  • Experience with supply chain risk management
  • Current, active TS/SCI clearance required; active polygraph or the willingness to upgrade to polygraph in the first 3 months

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using success metrics to derive actionable insights, propose initiatives, and deliver actionable results
  • Experience in a consulting or leadership capacity supporting U.S. Federal Government contracts or military programs
  • Experience in vendor and partner management
  • Experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management
  • Experience in the U.S. Federal Government Assessment & Authorization (A&A) process

This position requires that the applicant selected, currently possess and maintain an active "TS-SCI clearance with Polygraph, or the willingness to upgrade to polygraph in the first 3 months". The position further requires the applicant will obtain a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform GPS work. Failure to maintain (or obtain, if applicable) the appropriate U.S. Government clearance and/or customer screening requirements that results in the employee unable to perform the requirements of the role, may result in employment action up to and including termination.

This position also requires that the applicant selected must be a US Citizen to meet customer and compliance requirements, including potential access to classified information.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage contractual deliverables and partner responsibilities.
  • Drive technical team deliverables and compliance.
  • Deliver executive-level briefings to customer and GPS leadership.
  • Identify and advise on program risk, compliance, and timeline.
  • Develop and drive completion of project milestones and project roadmaps.
