Finance Program Manager, Cloud Finance

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
  • Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements; including experience designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in change management, consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company, or a related role.
  • Experience in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.), with the ability to review and create clear, concise process documentation.
  • Experience with Cloud financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to build relationships across Technical, Finance, and Business teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.

As a Finance Program Manager, you will play a vital role enabling the production of insightful, certified data sources that empower Cloud profitability management and delight our internal Cloud business partners with data driven insight and ease of use.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Act as an authority in the domain in collaboration with business experts to solve defined problems with creative solutions. Enable the establishment of Single Source of Truth (SSOT) reporting solutions, offering an accurate view of Cloud financial information.
  • Drive program direction and objectives, ensure program objectives are met or exceeded, present program direction and gain buy-in from executive sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Understand and document the requirements of cloud decision-makers and drive the adoption of new or improved processes across teams. Execute the change plan through communication, training and other engagement activities.
  • Drive the identification of work problems and program goals across multiple teams or projects, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
  • Develop relationships with internal teams and stakeholders across functions to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
