As an Account Manager, you will develop and manage relationships directly with clients in Japan, and you need to be focused on multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You are an advisor and consultant, as well as an advocate for clients within Google. You will use your problem solving and communication skills to grow existing business, develop and win new business with clients, and support your team with account and market knowledge and other collateral.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Be a trusted business partner for client marketing solutions, and optimize Google ads in order to maximize results for advertisers.
  • Work closely with internal and external product specialists.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers, identify, and solve client problems proactively and creatively.
  • Learn and work with Google's ongoing development of advertiser products to optimize client campaign results.
