Global Analytical Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience in partner and stakeholder relationship management, and working in a client-facing role or with an agency.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
  • 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

As one of the masterminds behind our strategic planning, forecasting and analysis, you’ll spend your time digging into big, complex data sets. The data will not remain inert in your hands, however, since you’ll use your critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making with our most senior business leaders within the organization, and potentially some of our biggest clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the business cycle for key data and measurement infrastructure capabilities, owning partner C-level and Google cross-functional conversations on data and measurement transformation.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Develop and own investigative modeling for key client/partner projects, apply or customize investigative tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
  • Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data/investigative stakeholders on the client’s/partner’s side.
