Exclamation Somebody save it- Reo Speedwagon in Kansas!

Look at how good the body is- unbelievably straight for a winch truck, and solid too!

Re: Somebody save it- Reo Speedwagon in Kansas!

I asked him some questions thru ebay. Mainly if he could sit on it till later this year & what he will take for it. I guess I'll find out if "Antique-retriever llc" is really interested in seeing someone save it, or a quick buck.

Ya don't know if ya don't ask

Re: Somebody save it- Reo Speedwagon in Kansas!

I'm almost positive the speedwagon was a model name for Reo's light duty truck... not there medium duty ones.
Either way... it's neater than anything I've seen in a while.

Re: Somebody save it- Reo Speedwagon in Kansas!

I think you are right. But everwhere you look thet refer to them as Speedwagons- I guess because it's "more cool".

Here's the response I got:

this is an estate and everything has to go within the next two weeks

There's a nice red one here made into a big pickup:

Re: Somebody save it- Reo Speedwagon in Kansas!

I was at the ATHS show today, and saw a medium duty speedwagon. The sun played the devil with my camera, so the photos are way below my usual quality.
