What color blue?

Getting ready for paint in a couple months, decided on a medium blue but need some visuals. What do you have in a blue?

Re: What color blue?

hey mixermike....

that is a similar shade to the stock hawaiian blue on my 72 burb but it has that show pop. that's a very clean looking street truck with minimal body "desicrations" and a sport drop instead of a lets make it look like the suspension is rusted away ride height. good to see people building street trucks again.....also that cowl hood looks killer with the slant nose!

I'm going with Rack Mans choice for my 68 SWB "1968 Lemans"
The tailgate with white letters answered my question.

Re: What color blue?

I'm leaning toward something like Mixermikes, I'm going to put just bottom trim on when done. I do like those white tops too though. My Dad had A 72 he bought brand new that was blue with white top and bottom trim. All of them are great looking trucks, Thanks

I love that blue on mixermike's truck also. I'll probably go with that color on my 72 cheyenne LWB.

Re: What color blue?

There are so many shades of blue, but only one color.

Mixermike`s looks electric.I wouldn`t want mouldings or 2-tone with that shade, though. It`s too modern.

Re: What color blue?

This is a beautiful shade of blue IMHO....

I think this would also be a really nice color in a suede finish.....

Re: What color blue?

It would be difficult to select just one shade of blue...all those trucks look very nice.
