I have decided to sell my Oxford White with factory Tutone 1986 Mustang GT. This was a tough decision, but I'm trying to make room for something new so this one has to go. Here are the basics:
1986 Mustang GT w/ Sand Beige Interior
-5 speed Manual Trans
-Factory T-Tops
-Full Power (ps, pb, pw, pl)
-Tilt and Cruise Control
-Factory TuTone (po painted black [should be charcoal], but this is a real TuTone GT)
-A/C (blows cold..I live in AZ so it has to )
-Premium sound w/ electronic search Factory Stereo
-180K miles
-Clear Arizona Title in my name
This car is in original, driver quality condition with the only mods being a Hurst Competition Plus shifter, Steeda Aluminum Pedal Covers, tinted windows, white faced gauge overlays, 16 inch Pony Wheels (with new tires), 87-93 rear spoiler, and SVO sail panels. My plan for the car was to do a full restoration, but that hasn't happened. For it to be perfect it will need some body work (a few dents and scratches) a full respray, and new upholstery, but I drive it as is and receive complements everywhere I go. Basically you can have the car completely overhauled all at once, or you can do it a little at a time and enjoy driving it in between...the choice is yours. Mechanically this car is solid, and I have a stack of receipts that show all the work that has been done since I received the car (brakes, A/C fixed, new Master Cylinder, rear main seal, head gaskets, etc). Unfortunately the PO didn't give me any paperwork, so the service history only goes back to 2011.
Included in the sale will be a binder with all the paperwork and receipts. This includes a Marti Report (which is posted here on FEP) showing this car as 1 of 25 with the paint/trim codes, and a new door tag also made by Marti Auto Works. The stock 10 Hole wheels will come with the car in addition to the Pony Wheels that are on the car right now. I also have the white Marchal Fog Light Covers on the car, which aren't factory correct, but look really cool (IMO). They will go with the car as well.
I have a lot more info to share and I would be happy to talk with anyone that is interested. I also have a ton of pictures and a video of the car running for anyone that is interested. I would like to talk to you over the phone before I send any additional pictures or video.
If you want to ship this vehicle you will have to make all the necessary arrangements. I've never shipped a car before so I can't really help or answer any questions in that regard. Sorry.
The car is located in Goodyear, Arizona 85338.
