Lieutenant Colonel Retired Todd A. Perkins began his military career by joining the Junior ROTC program at Merritt Island High School in Merritt Island, Florida. After high school, he joined the Florida Army National Guard on August 29th, 1989. Initially assigned to A/1-265th ADA, LTC Perkins graduated in 1992 from the University of Florida and was commissioned as an Air Defense Artillery Officer and is currently qualified as a Field Artillery Officer. During his twenty-four year career, LTC Perkins served in several challenging assignments and levels of command on active duty and as a traditional national guardsman. His overseas deployments include a tour to Kuwait (2005), a tour to Iraq (2007), and a tour to Afghanistan (2012). LTC Perkins served as a force management officer and deployment readiness specialist for over six years on active duty with US Army Forces Command Headquarters at Ft McPherson, GA and Ft Bragg, NC serving as the Deputy Chief of Future Operations. His awards include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, and the Humanitarian Service Medal. LTC Perkins military education includes the Air Defense Artillery Officer Basic and Officer Advanced Course, the Field Artillery Officer Advanced Course, the Combined Arms and Services Staff School, and Intermediate Level Education from the Command and General Staff College; his civilian education includes a Master of Public Administration from Piedmont College and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida. LTC Perkins retired from the Georgia Army National Guard on 31 JAN 14 and began teaching JROTC at Winder Barrow High School during the 2013-2014 school year.

1SG Kimberly A. Glenn was born on March 23, 1972, in Sawyerville, AL. She attended Greensboro Public West High School where she graduated in May 1990. She joined the military on November 11, 1990, where she attended basic training and advanced individual training in Fort Dix, New Jersey.
Upon completion of AIT she was assigned to 556th Replacement Detachment, Schofield Barracks, HI. In June of 1994, she was assigned to 377th Transportation Company, Mannheim, Germany, as a heavy vehicle wheel operator. In July 1997, she was assigned to Fort Monroe, VA, as NCOIC of Protocol. In July of 2000, 1SG Glenn was assigned to 66th Transportation Company, where she served as Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant and Truckmaster. In August 2003, she was assigned to Fort Eustis, VA, where she was assigned to HHC, 7th Transportation Group as the Highway Operations Sergeant. In June 2004, she was assigned to HHD, 6th Transportation Battalion as the Detachment Sergeant.
In April 2006, she was assigned to 8th Transportation BDE where she served as the Proponent Career Management NCO. In March 2008, she was assigned to HHC, 498th CSSB, Camp Carroll, Korea. In March 2009, she was assigned to the 359th ICTC as the First Sergeant. She retired from the Army on May 31, 2011, after 20 years.
1SG Glenn has attended the Warrior Leaders Course, the Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course, Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, The Battle Staff Course and the First Sergeants Course. She received her Bachelors Degree from Saint Leo University, in Business Administration.
Her awards and decorations include the MSM (2OLC), ARCOM (3OLC), AAM (5 OLC), GCM, the National Defense Service Medal, the Southwest Asian Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Global war on Terrorism Service Medal, the NATO Medal, the Army Service Medal, the Drivers badge and the Air Assault badge.
