This is a collection of random Chevettes I have come across on the net as well as on the road. Of course I couldn't compete with the amazing Chevettes site so go there for hundreds of Chevette pics!

The ultimate chase car?!
Pics of a beautiful 83 Chevette 2 door saloon for sale recently on Ebay. Two things caught my eye - the colour, and the condition. This car looked immaculate, and had I believe 36,000 miles on the clock. The fact it was finished in Henna Red made me want it even more - it also showed me that Henna Red is supposed to shine, not just add a bit of colour to the bodyshell. Its overall condition suggested it was a very well cared for example, not a little frayed at the edges as a well used one like mine is but I'm still happy - I can at least aspire to this sort of condition. Think it sold for around £500, whoever bought it has themselves a cracking looking Chevette. If it was you, please feel free to email me and let me know how its getting on!
Spotted this 82 saloon recently in Tesco car park, I have spoken to the owner previously and he convinced me to join the Cavette Club. Saw her out and about a couple of times when mine was dangling her axles in the air, really inspired me to push on and get the job finished. GL saloon, so it has such niceties as headrests and plush velour trim. This one is in good condition, apart from the obvious boot lock problem. Haven't seen the car around for a while now, hope she is still on the road! One of only four others I know or have heard of in Edinburgh - if you live in or around Edinburgh and know differently, please email me!
Another fine Chevette hatch for sale on Ebay recently, a 1978 one owner car with only 20, 000 miles on the clock. The car seems to hold to this judging by its overall condition. Never really been a fan of the recessed light models, or the hatches for that matter. My father recounted one of the Chevettes biggest failings/irritating problems - when it snowed you had to stop periodically to scoop out the headlight recesses, not ideal on a cold winters night! I secretly think thats Why Vauxhall introduced the flush headlight facelift in 1979.
Yet another Ebay car, this time a lovely looking Chevette estate with only 37, 000 miles on the clock. It looks very smart indeed on those alloys and the pine green paintwork. I honestly cannot remember the last time I saw a Chevette estate in the metal, it must go well back into my childhood! Its a real shame more of them haven't been saved.
I'm addicted to Ebay, hence the appearance of this very nice looking tangerine Chevette. Owner said it was 60k miles, and used daily until six months ago when some diesel thing surpassed it. It's a more eye watering version of orange than mine is, but I like it. It came with two spare front wings, which are hard enough to come across at the best of times!
