Coles Mobile Wallet 4+

Absolutely useless the original was much better as you could have the app on more than one device, I can only now have it only on my phone and not on my laptop or iPad at the same time. This makes it the most useless app for a credit card as everything needs to be now done on my iPhone , which is not very practical for instance if you lose or have issues with you one device that it is installed on then you can’t go to another device to pay or check you account because it is only permitted on one device. It in fact does make this card very insecure in fact., especially if your device is broken or lost as you can’t use you account. Why can’t they allow at lest two devices to be used this would at least give you a backup and allow payment and allow checks if anything happens to the device that it is currently installed on, as most card accounts allow. All my other cards will only allow one device to be on line at any time and will request that you disconnect one of the devices , which is a great as then you can check , if Yu lose you device that no one has tried to use your account. This is now the most insecure banking app in my view

*** DO NOT USE IF RUNNING iOS 16 *** The Coles Financial app crashes on startup in iOS 16 - Coles have acknowledged the issue and have not fixed it to date. Additionally the Coles Financial website does not presently work on Safari, Coles have also acknowledged this issue with me. So basically if you are an iOS user you have not financial visibility over your Coles Credit card transactions, unless you download a third party browser like Google Chrome. I have spoken to Coles and they acknowledge that they have not communicated these issues to existing customers, except providing them with an “in app notification” - it does not take Albert Einstein to work out that if the app crashes on startup that they will not see this notification! Very quickly loosing confidence in this financial platform and the lack lustre fraud control measures they have in place. There are hundreds of recent app reviews like mine from other Coles customers, seems they have abandoned us since the app was know to crash under beta versions of iOS 16 in June 2022 when announced at Apple’s WWDC, now it is time we abandon Coles!

I have no other option other than to give a bad review for this app.
I have tried to avoid this by looking for somewhere to report problems, but am unable to find any useable link for support.
When the "Developer" link is clicked, it simply takes me back to the app in the app store where I first started from!
The "App Support" link takes me to the credit cards section of the Coles website, where there doesn't seem to be any direct support for the app.
The "Report A Problem" link, takes me to the Apple website, presumably to report the developer, but not about how to make suggestions, or report problems with the app to the developer for fixing it.
In the app itself, there is a "Contact Us" link, which when clicked on, takes me to an "Emails enquiry" link. When this is clicked on, a "Coles Mastercard" link appears, and when this is clicked on, nothing happens, other than the link changing colours!
It seems that both the developer and Coles prefer bad reviews, or be reported to Apple rather than receive direct feedback from their customers!
I don't think it's good customer service, and frankly, makes no sense.
By the way, the problem… Since the last update, some of the text on the Dashboard is unreadable when text zoom is enabled in Iphone settings, because the lines of text overlap each other .
Why should it be so difficult to report this?
