I had an update 3 days back and since then I'm unable to open the app as the screen blacks out whenever i open it. Kindly look into it as it is causing me a great deal.

OTP is disabled, horrible update
Yet again Askari’s app update has caused more issues than it had before. It sends me an OTP but does npt let you type in the OTP. Im unable to pay bills or make transactions since 3 days. I called customer support team 3 times and all they do is take personal info to verify but dont give a solution. I even emailed Askari support 3-4 times, yet no solution. My husband visited the bank even and they said ‘its fixed now’, when we tried to use it, it was not fixed at all. Today i’ll go to the bank and most likely close my account if they are unable to fix it as we rely heavily on online bankng. Very disappointed.
